Hunt’s Blair Suzuki Joins Boys & Girls Club of Hawai'i Board

Hunt’s Blair Suzuki recently joined the branch board of the Boys & Girls Club of Hawai'i Hale Pono Ewa Beach Clubhouse and Harry & Jeanette Weinberg Teen Center.

Blair, who was recently promoted to development manager of Hunt Companies’ Hawai'i Division, helped the organization with fundraising for its May 30th golf tournament and Youth of the Year Event.

“We could tell that Blair was a hands-on type of guy, cared for our mission and making a difference,” said Frances Rivero, chief of operations, Boys & Girls Club of Hawai'i. “He takes the initiative to actually come out and play with the kids. It’s rare.”

As Development Manager, Blair is responsible for the strategic redevelopment and leasing of Hunt’s existing inventory of properties in Kalaeloa. Hunt currently has 540 acres under development in Kalaeloa, including 265,000 square feet of building space and 109 acres of leased land that is now home to more than 30 tenants.

“Hunt takes great pride in volunteering and giving back to the communities we serve and the people we consider our family,” said Steve Colón, president of Hunt Development Group’s Hawai'i Division. “Blair is a great example of how we strive to make Hawai'i a better place today and for the generations that follow.”
